3 simple steps to your return

Dear customer,

Would you like to return or exchange goods?

If you would like to make use of your right of withdrawal or return goods to us for exchange, you will find the necessary information on this page.

Do you have any questions about the product?

Feel free to contact us if something does not work as desired.
Often only one setting is wrong or the instructions are insufficient.
This can prevent unnecessary returns and reduce CO2 emissions.

Would you like to return a product?

If you are sure that you do not want to keep certain items, you can return them to us in three simple steps:

Register a return

  • Register at www.fotokoch.hr/login within 14 days of receiving the goods. (Use your e-mail address and"Forgot password" if you have not yet created an account)
  • Select your order under"Orders" and click on "Return item"
  • Follow the next steps and print out your return label at the end. Alternatively, you can have it printed out later using the QR code at the nearest DHL store or Packstation.

Return shipment

  • Pack the items securely with the complete scope of delivery and seal the box.
  • Stick the return label on the parcel if you have printed it out yourself.
  • Take the parcel to the nearest DHL branch or Packstation within 14 days of registering the return.

Check & refund

  • Once the return has been received, it will be checked by our team.
  • If everything is in order, you will receive your money back or any desired exchange will be carried out.
