Billingham 307 photo bag
The 07 bag series from Billingham generally consists of four larger photo bags. With its volume of approx. 11.2 l, the Billingham 307 is of a very comfortable size - in this model series only surpassed by the Billingham 307L. It has plenty of room for two to three DSLR bodies including several lenses and flash units. There's no question that the Billingham 307 can hold a lot more bodies, lenses and accessories from an MFT rig. Approx. 390 x 210 x 300 mm on the outside, approx. 350 x 150 x 220 mm on the inside (main compartment), even medium format with two additional Lenses is not a problem.

High-quality craftsmanship and two very large "flaps"
The Billingham 307 - like the entire 07 series of bags - is only available in FibreNyte (with leather details). In feel and appearance, this material is hardly distinguishable from classic canvas. The production is just as high quality as with canvas, namely mainly by hand. The special feature of all four bags in the Billingham 07 series are two fiberglass-reinforced aluminum clasps, invisibly integrated into the upper edge of the main compartment. Here Billingham has cleverly adapted the not at all new opening function of older doctors' bags. Unfolded to form a large rectangle, the system called "PressTop" keeps the main compartment of the Billingham 307 (and the other three bags in the series) wide open - and thus the teeth of the 2-way zipper very far out. It's arguably the most convenient and secure method of placing or removing photographic equipment from the bag.

The second major flap on the Billingham 307 is the specially shaped rain flap. The eye-catching leather hem, stitched around the edges, is by no means just a style element. Rather, this leather hem helps to protect valuable bag contents against dust and all kinds of weather damage. The rain flap is so wide that not only the main compartment but also the two bellows pockets at the front are well covered. With a capacity of approx. 0.75 l each, quite a few small accessories fit in the front. Not to forget, at the back of the Billingham 307 sits a long and high zipper compartment for flat things (preferably papers of all kinds, etc.). The zipper itself sits protected under the protruding lug of the rain flap.

Delta Suspension and Quick Release System
As usual from Billingham, everything is very solidly sewn. The shoulder strap, for example, is held on both sides by two strong leather plates. Its Delta suspension - because it is shaped like a "Y", i.e. split in two at the end - reduces the risk of the loaded Billingham 307 tipping or swaying quite considerably. The strong outer carrying system "culminates" in the aforementioned leather handle. It is unbuttoned if one wants to open the rain flap. The hand straps can then fold away to the front and back. There is also leather at the bottom of this "quick release system", in the form of wide, specially perforated strips. When the rain flap is closed, they allow the Billingham 307 to be opened or closed quickly. Under the rain flap sit two leather handles. They allow you to carry the photo bag in your hand when the rain flap is open. The front leather handle can even be removed if necessary. Another useful detail: The outer carrying system also ends on the back of the bag in leather strips (here sewn tight), which reach to the lower edge of the bag. There are holes for Billingham's tripod carrying straps 5/8", which can be purchased optionally.

The Billingham 07 Series - rugged photo bags with quite a few things in common
Billingham's 07 Series consists of these four photo bags: 107, 207, 307 and 307L. They share the same outstanding features. Except for the special case model 307L, only their width varies. All four models also have the three colors in common: Khaki / Chocolate, Black / Black and Sage / Chocolate. All models each come with a shoulder pad SP50, which noticeably increases the carrying comfort. Inside, the photo bags can be divided by means of the "Superflex" padding inserts. Depending on the bag model, different "Superflex" padding inserts are already included. However, they are also available as an option in many sizes, so that the bag division can be adapted even better to personal preferences.

Scope of delivery and optional accessories
The Billingham 307 is equipped with one "Superflex" pad insert each 9-15 and 10-18, a "Superflex V-Bridge 15" (lens support), a shoulder pad SP50 and firmly sewn shoulder strap.
Optional extras: 5/8" leather tripod strap, leather luggage tag, Billingham DELTA accessory pouches (two fit each 07 bag), "Superflex" pad inserts, "Superflex" separation pad (flap), additional "Superflex V-Bridge 15" (lens rest when camera is attached).
